How the nudges work (you're seeing the in-app version now; real phone push comes in Phase 2).

• During the day — you're nudged more than once (around 12:00, 17:00 and 21:00) for anything still outstanding. Late tasks turn red.
• End of day, same day — anything still not done is flagged to your Campus Manager.
• Next day — those misses roll up to the Area Manager.
